[ Random Event]

Morax grunts as he trots up a particularly steep hill.  Its a good spot to survey the area but heck is it steep! Huffing and panting as he reaches the top the stallion stops and takes a moment to look out at the land. but a small voice draws his attention closer to home. A colt stands a few paces away, looking up at him nervously. The colt looks to be just older than a yearling, but not quite a 2 year old - still too young to be out on his own. You:

A]  Move forward to sniff at the youngster.
Arrow left by Drawn-Mario B]  Question the youngster, what is he doing out here all alone?
C]  Sigh and tell him to sit there and be quiet for a moment or two.

With winter came also the increasingly difficulty to find food. Morax and his 'herd', a term he still refused to use for the most part, made their way through various territories on their search for something to nourish on. And when they found something, Morax would politely step back and let the mares have the first bites and watch them as they ate the valuable vitamins. Over all, they really grew closer together during that harsh time. In his clear moments, Morax would often nuzzle them and keep them warm by staying close to them and even in his rather unbridled moments a lot of his thoughts still evolved about the two mares he now could call his.

It was another one of those days, where the cold of the snow would contrast with the warmth of the sun as Morax lead the way up to the hilltop from where they would have a good overview over the land. Dejana and Charoum were walking side by side, quietly talking about something that might or might not involve their lead stallion. Their silent chatting didn't reach Morax’ ears so he didn’t find any interest in their conversation. His lungs constricted as he reached the top of the hill and he coughed a few times, the cold of the air making his throat sore and turning his voice into a raspy whisper of what it normally was. After a few deep breaths he had enough control over his breathing and heart rate again to finally enjoy the view. With a small victorious smile he let his gaze wander over the snowy landscape, taking in its untouched beauty.

"Wow", he whispered out.

A neigh reached his ears and he turned around to see if his two mares finally had caught up with him, but they were still too far down for their neighs to sound that loud. Morax snarled and looked around, only to be greeted by an uncertain pair of brown eyes that looked at him with nervously narrowed eyebrows. "Hey", a young voice spoke. Morax lifted his head a bit higher to look at the young colt standing close to him. He hadn't noticed his presence until now; the snow must’ve swallowed most of his scent.

He looked around to see if there were any other hoof prints in the snow indicating that there was a herd nearby but there weren’t any to be seen.
The colt was alone.
"Hello", Morax coughed slightly. Now that he was a bit closer to the young colt he could clearly smell his fear which made him act a bit more careful, not really sure if out of sympathy or distrust.
"You're a bit young to be out here all alone", he stated, his voice slowly recovering from the coughing. "It's dangerous."

The young colt didn't seem to know how to react, so he just shifted from one hoof to another, his short tail cautiously lifted as he clenched his teeth and started chewing anxiously. "Please don't hurt me", is all he was able to get out. Morax snorted.
"I didn't mean to", he countered which seemed to make the colt relax a bit as his posture got a bit less stiff. "I meant to ask why you're alone in the first place", Morax added.

Dejana and Charoum had finally made their way up the hill as well and now came to a stop a few metres behind the two stallions. Their soft eyes lay on the colt, who was now nervously looking between them and Morax standing in front of him. Then he took a deep breath to answer.

It's weird to draw snow when it's like 24°C outside XD But ehhh finally got to draw Morax' other side <3 He has a big face marking
